2 Bedroom: 4 people ( Cottages #1 – #10)
- Cottage #1 and #3 have 1 double bed in each bedroom.
- Cottages #2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 have 1 double bed in first room and a single/double bunk bed in second bedroom.
- All 2 bedroom cottages have a pull out couch.
- 3 piece bathroom (toilet, sink and shower).
3 Bedroom Deluxe: 6 people (Cottage #12)
- First bedroom – 1 queen bed
- Second bedroom – 1 single/double bunk bed
- Third bedroom – 1 queen and 1 single bed
- 3 piece bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower).
- Propane BBQ included
4 Bedroom Executive : 8-10 people (Island View Retreat Private Cottage)
- Master bedroom – 1 queen bed
- 2 bedrooms – 2 double beds and 1 single bed each
- 1 bedroom – double bed

- 1 – 4 piece bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and bathtub)
- Dockage for 2 boats included for executive cottage
